Attune: Breath, Movement and Connection

  • Gratitude Hot Yoga and Wellness 185 Hudson Avenue Northeast Salmon Arm, BC, V1E 4H7 Canada (map)

Join us for an experiential and therapeutic workshop of breathwork, movement, and connection. In preparation, we will explore practices as a group and in pairs that guide us into presence and authentic expression. We will then journey within using a conscious, connected breathwork technique, one that supports the clearing of physical + emotional stress from our bodies, and reconnects us to our source of inspiration and ease. The breath gently opens our hearts to what lies beyond our conscious mind, paving the way for profound insight and integration to take root. This is an individual process that takes place in a group environment and is built on a foundation of presence, intimacy, acceptance of what is arising, and integration of our whole being.

- FACILITATION -
Leah Barsher and Kylie Judge
Leah and Kylie are the creators of Breath and Being, a collective with the mission to share somatic practices that cultivate greater compassion and love within the individual and the community. Leah and Kylie are Breathwork Practitioners trained in Clarity Breathwork (formerly Rebirthing) and NUMA Somatics (a blend of Transformational Breath, psychotherapeutics, and somatics). Leah has a background in anthropology, dance and herbalism, and Kylie's background is in education and yoga. They have both experienced transformative healing from chronic illness through the practices that they now share in their workshops. Leah and Kylie weave together movement, exercises in presence and witnessing, Reiki, somatics, and a conscious, connected breathing technique into an offering that invites participants to show up honest and open for themselves and others. In this supportive space, they empower each person to feel what is arising with curiosity and to listen to the wisdom within. The Breath and Being website is in development so for now, you may learn more about Leah and Kylie through their personal websites:
