bring your mat, water bottle, towel and friends ready to glow bright (bright coloured/neon active wear is the best), we will have black light paint if you want to get creative too! 
The word Buti is an Indian Marathi word which means: a cure for something that is kept secret.

 

Buti Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa yoga that incorporates cardio dance, primal movement and a spiral structure technique used to condition deep core muscles. Intentional shaking and vibration is part of this movement to help release trauma or stress stored at a cellular level. All of this woven together in a music driven balanced yoga sequence. 

Buti Yoga will help transform your body and soul as you let the music move you helping you get out of your head and into your body, connecting with others to celebrate movement.
