Somatic Breathwork w the Collective Breath

Somatic Release Breathwork

Sundays 3pm

$32 a class

Drop Ins Welcome

Somatic Release Breathwork is an embodied experience that allows the movement of stuck energy and emotion within the body, giving way to a release, encouraging the nervous system to regulate. The breath helps in clearing anything that may be sitting around trauma, pressure or stress that is being held within the body.

The Foundation - 75 min class

A 75 min breathwork practice focused on the release of stress, pressure, trauma and emotion sitting within the body that may be creating blocks.

The Retelling - 90 min class

A 90 min breathwork and journal practice focused on the shedding and undoing of old patterns, protective beliefs and limiting narratives that may be carried within.

For The Breathwork

This Somatic Release Breathwork session is a group breathwork session, beginning with a grounding meditation that will help prompt us to focus on the intention and breathwork. This is a safe space, in which all are welcomed and no experience is required.

The first half of the session will be about the release and clearing of anything that may be sitting around trauma, pressure and stress that has been repressed and held within the body - helping it move through and out. The second half of the session will focus on calling in more of what is needed at this moment in your life to fill spaces we have cleared - creating new perspectives, clarity and healing. This is a safe space, in which all are welcomed and no experience is required.

No props are needed. Feel free to have a blanket if you like and a journal is encouraged to write down anything that may come up during your experience.

*This is an active meditation and is not safe if you are pregnant*
